SPECIAL EVENTS MENU

All prices are per person. We focus on using as much local produce as possible. Each item can be customized for your event.


PLATTERS 

Combo two $7.50, three $10.50 and make a centerpiece display on a framed mirror with flowers. 

*Cheese Tray - Mix of local and imported cheeses with crackers and crostini - $5.00

*Fresh Fruit Tray - with yogurt & honey dipping sauce - $5.00 

*Vegetable Tray – Grilled, raw, or pickled with dipping sauce. - $5.00

*Mediterranean – olives, hummus, feta cheese, tabouli salad, herb oil and pita - $5.00

Charchuterie – Meats cured in-house, local sausage, pâté, terrines, and cornichons. Served with crackers and spicy mustard - $6.00

*California – Guacamole, salsa and home made tortilla chips - $5.00 

*Tea Sandwiches – Cucumber slices with pimento cheese; deviled egg salad; chicken salad; pineapple & cream cheese - $5.00

*Fresh spring rolls - filled with marinated root vegetables, rice noodles, chocolate mint and served with a sweet chili dipping sauce - $5.00

Mango Curry Shrimp Salad - in a mini wonton wrapper - $4.50

Sate – skewered meat with thai peanut dipping sauce. Chicken, Beef or *tofu - $4.00

Shrimp and Lemongrass skewer - $5.00

NC Shrimp and pineapple ceviche. Served with tortilla chips - $5.00

Carolina Crab Tostados - $5.00

Quesadillas served with pico. 3 Cheese; Chipotle Chicken; or *black bean - $4.50

Empanadas – individual baked pastry dough with various fillings. $5.50

STATIONS

All stations are served with green planet salad, rolls and butter. Items can be served pre-carved as buffet and not require chef onsite.


Carving Station:

Marinated Roast Beef with horseradish mayo - $8.50

Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast with cranberry relish and Dijon mustard - $8.00

Herb-roasted Whole Chicken with lemon, cumin, and onion - $7.00

Hanger Steak with Chimichurrie sauce - $8.50

*Pasta Station: $9.00

Choose TWO pastas and TWO sauces. Each additional pasta/sauce choice $2.00 per person. Add Chicken $2.00. 

Pastas: Penne, Fettuccini, Tortellini, Linguini or Orzo

Sauces: Pesto Cream, Tomato Basil, Alfredo, Roasted Red Pepper and Sun Dried Tomato, Portabella mushroom and Black Olive Paste, Parmesan and Garlic Basil Pesto, or Seasoned Olive Oil

Can be served in variety of glassware (requires additional rental fee for custom glassware)
